Returns and Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions outlined below. Please note that insurance is mandatory for all shipments to be eligible for a replacement or refund in the event of damage, loss, or other issues.
- Damage During Transit:
- If your shipment was damaged during transit, and you have purchased insurance, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
- To process your claim, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged item and the packaging. If approved, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
- No insurance, no replacement: Without shipping insurance, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit.
- Delayed Shipments:
- If your insured shipment is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery time (excluding delays caused by customs or uncontrollable events like weather), and it is determined that Jah Speed Shipping is responsible, you may request a partial refund or credit toward future shipments.
- Uninsured shipments: Delayed shipments without insurance are not eligible for refunds.
- Non-Delivery:
- If an insured shipment is lost or not delivered, we will investigate with our logistics partners. If non-delivery is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or a replacement shipment.
- Uninsured shipments: Non-delivered items without insurance are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipments
Returning items to the USA can be expensive due to international shipping costs. For this reason, we require customers to purchase return insurance for all return shipments. This ensures that any damage or loss incurred during the return process is covered, and your item arrives safely back in the U.S.
- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to the U.S., and must purchase return insurance for the item to be eligible for a refund upon its return.
Refund Request Process
- To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team via [jahspeedshipping@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your order details, proof of insurance, and the reason for your refund or replacement request.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are non-refundable.
- Items refused due to customs issues or lack of proper documentation are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipments without insurance coverage are ineligible for refunds or replacements.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
