In the case of unpaid balances or disputes, Jah Speed Shipping reserves the right to withhold shipments or seek legal remedies for payment recovery.

Jah Speed Shipping will make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your shipment. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events such as weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Damage, loss, or theft of items during transit, except in cases where the customer has purchased insurance.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase shipping insurance if they want protection for loss, damage, or theft during transit. Without insurance, Jah Speed Shipping will not provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for damaged or lost items. Additionally, return shipments to the U.S. are costly, and customers are required to purchase return insurance to be eligible for refunds.
