Yes, we offer expedited shipping services for urgent shipments. Contact us for more information and pricing.

Express shipping means, once your item reaches our warehouse, it is shipped out within the next 2 days to Jamaica.

We provide real-time tracking information for all our shipments via email. You can track your shipment through our website or by contacting us directly.

We can ship large items via sea freight. Please call us to get an estimate.

We encourage all our customers to purchase our insurance plan which would cover any damage items up to $100USD. With coverage, we will either replace or refund your purchase. Insurance costs $300JMD and is paid every time you make a purchase. If you decide to decline paying the fee when you purchase an item, your insurance will be cancelled and you would bear the cost if an item you purchased gets damaged. Once cancelled, all items you purchase in the past loses coverage also.

We handle returns for you as long as you have been paying insurance on your items. The insurance plan would cover any return items up to $100USD. Insurance costs $300JMD and is paid every time you collect a package. If you decide to decline paying the fee when you purchase an item, your insurance will be cancelled and you would bear the cost if an item you purchased gets damaged. Once cancelled, all items you purchase in the past loses coverage also.

The fee varies and is dependent on customs only. We advise customers to break up the shipments so as to keep most, if not all under $100USD.

Coming Soon. You will be able to send any mail or packages to this address from anywhere in Jamaica and pickup just the same as your overseas items.
